Initial screening interview via phone with recruiter, then set up for face to face interview with hiring manager. I was supposed to be interviewed by the person who I would be reporting to but upon arrival was told she was on leave. Instead, someone who would be my peer interviewed me. It was a pretty standard interview with various questions about my background/experience, some situational questions, etc. After on-site interview, I never heard back - was not rejected nor did I receive an offer. Didn't receive any feedback from the Disney recruiter which was a bit surprising and disappointing. Thus I gave the overall experience a negative score.
