I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
The hiring team and recruiting team were all nice. It did seem a bit like the questions they were asking were not going in-depth enough which kind of made me wonder if I was being considered truthfully. Furthermore, for being a large company I kind of expected a more thought-out interviewing process and a more hands-on walk through the process like I've received at the one or two other Forbes 500 companies I've interviewed with. Before the interview my questions were not answered and after my interview my follow-ups have been ignored unless I randomly make it to the next step. The process also seems to have gotten longer from initial screen but I can't say how long as I am pretty sure I didn't make it past the 4th interview as I think they reposted the role which just hurt a bit since they won't even tell me if I am still in the running. It was also an extremely long cycle so far as it has been 4 months and I am still not rejected yet but I have a feeling I will be. I totally understand that companies cannot give feedback nowadays but at least when you are still in the process it would be nice to get a response as it just makes you feel like you are not really a candidate and are just there so they can say they interviewed x amount of people. Not really the experience I wanted out of my dream company to be honest.

Question 1
Just about experience with tools and job experience. They read my resume line by line which was a bit awkward haha. Role seemed like it was "entry-level" and half of the people seemed like they were willing to train but then half seemed like they wanted someone already with experience.

Interview
Simple and enjoyable process. I had two interviews, one with the managers and one with the team's director. The questions they asked were pretty basic and everyone was easy to get along with.

Interview
Easy, it was a screening call, recruiter was very nice and the questions were easy. No offer was made as they needed someone to start as soon as possible which wasn’t an option in my case
