The interview Varys heavily by desk. Typically includes a planner of at least 5 different interview’s. There is no technical questions but you should be prepared to share decks and connect with the team on salesmanship.

Interview process took 2 months. Met with team members, VP and Director. Interviews themselves were great. Nice people, great conversations about the role and industry, and answered all my questions. Comments were made such as "look forward to working together" "You have everything we are looking for" yet 8 weeks later, no offer. Recruiter communication was extremely poor. Interview timeline was described as 2-3 weeks during first call and lasted 2 months. Recruiter offered to speak and offer feedback but when I requested time to talk was never answered.

The process was quite lengthy and lacked some communication. Was basically promised the position and then left without information to follow up. Then was told I would have had it if they went external but they didn't. Poor communication through the process.
