Assessments and projects were given along with rounds of interviews. They were very friendly but it was a bit of a long process. But they did offer great benefits and pay.

Applied through a recruiter, i was offered an interview within 3 days, of which I was told i would participate in an assessment day. This consisted of group activities and individual presentations, which then lead into a competency based interview.
