liked how I talked about my interests
liked that I was forward thinking and chatty
even asked me what my favourite Disney character was which was funny

it was an ordered interview where i got to meet the recruter to discuss my skills and my team management, it was fun and engaging and a great experience even though i didn't get the offer.

Interview was 4 rounds. HR interview phone interview, hiring manger zoom call, multi piece assessment project, in-person project review with several team members. The process was little slow moving, took several weeks to get through and was highly competitive
