I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Washington State Hospital Association in Aug 2021
Interview
Probably one of the easiest interview's I've ever had. They will test your skills with excel during the interview, then you will never have to use excel if you don't want to.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Washington State Hospital Association (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Agree with other review that interview process took almost 4 weeks, but I appreciate that they are very concerned about hiring the right people (I wish more companies worked this way). I am very excited that I now have the opportunity to work with a passionate group doing important work. I received another offer while I was waiting to hear back from them and they responded with an attractive offer. It my not be the highest salary but it was competitive and fair considering my experience. I was thrilled but in my opinion, the bottom line is who work with/for, not how much they are paying you.

They asked what I knew about the company so do your research.

Interview
Phone interview and 2 in person interviews....HR screened me and then I met with the staff I would be supporting. Pretty basic questions and then an edit/review test of a document. Overall, easy interview but could cut down to only one in person interview
We are sorry this was such a poor experience for this applicant. Until November of 2016, WSHA was using an external HR form (outsourcing HR) for recruitment and management of the recruiting process. Since that time, we have moved to an internal HR presence who has taken over all the HR responsibilities, which should improve the experience for all candidates.
