I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WatchGuard Technologies (Seattle, WA (US)) in January 2013.
Interview
They sent a BUNCH of people to talk to you. Only one of them wanted to be there. The next day, the lady calls you and hires you.
Negotiation
Nah. They didn't wanna negociate. I was like "whatever."

The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at WatchGuard Technologies (New York, NY (US)).
Interview
First round is a phone call where they go over resume and some technical lingo. Then they send a coding challenge. Overall pretty easy interview and coding challenge is really easy as well. I got ghosted for two weeks and had to ask for them to send me the challenge since they forgot. Then after I sent my coding challenge which worked with all the advanced features they wanted I didn't get moved on. No one responded when I sent my challenge and had to catch up with recruiter again. They didn't move on with me. Overall bad communication and waste of time. They already had other candidates they wanted to pursue and just wasted my time.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at WatchGuard Technologies (Seattle, WA (US)) in December 2015.
Interview
I had the crappiest recruiting experience of my career thanks to Watchguard, while applying for a senior TW position. My resume was a perfect fit for the job, and I actually got a pingback. Crushed the first phone interview, then crickets for a month (this after they told me they’d give me an in-person date the next day). Called them back to ask what happened, got a song-and-dance about an admin losing my follow-up information. Got a SECOND phone interview and nailed that one too! Got another promise of an immediate in-person interview. Crickets again. Four weeks later, after two in-person visits just to see if I could get someone to notice me and tell me the truth about what was going on, I finally found out they’d filled the position. The most disorganized, disrespectful experience I’ve ever had, for a position where I actually was a top-2 or -3 candidate.
I held back on this for a long time, but at this point I really don't care any more. This was a painful experience. There was no good reason for this to happen. I can understand not passing the phone screen, but I did - twice! I had two successive commitments for an on-site only to have both dropped without any notice. There's nothing in my background check or anything else that would cause this, even if we had gotten that far. Really unprofessional.
Application
I applied in-person. I interviewed at WatchGuard Technologies (Seattle, WA (US)) in February 2013.
Interview
Interview process was pretty straight-forward. Didn't take all day, small number of interviewers. First screen was with HR, and then with hiring manager. Then I met with the team with which I would be working.

Interview
I was first interviewed over the phone, a pre-screen if you will. Afterwards it was a technical interview which was very good and thorough. Lastly there was a personality interview to see if you would fit in with your future coworkers.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WatchGuard Technologies (Seattle, WA (US)).
Interview
After applying online I was contacted for a phone interview with a recruiter. I was then contacted a week after the phone interview for a panel interview at their HQ. 4/5 of the interviewers had good standard questions, were interested in my experience, and interested in what I could bring to the company. But my interview with the designer was not good at all, and neither was the design work she did for them. She was clearly uninterested in design and unknowledgeable about design concepts. I found it very unprofessional that they never contacted me to inform me they decided to go with someone else.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WatchGuard Technologies (Seattle, WA (US)).
Interview
I applied for a position with Watchgaurd online and was contacted for a phone interview with a recruiter. Within the week they requested I come in for an in house panel interview. 4/5 people I met with had standard questions and the interview was very conversational. The designer, however, didn't ask me questions about design. The interview with her was mostly just flipping through the recently completed work in a monotone voice lacking any enthusiasm for the work she did.

Interview
First a phone screen with HR. Then an interview with 4 people all in the same room, but each asking their own questions. Each concerned with their own area, but they want to hear all answers. Management, Project Management, Engineering and Warehouse represented.

Interview
Not bad with only 3 interviews. Mostly about your experience and what you are looking for in terms of career advancement. You start with a recruiter, then VP and finally the Director.
