Heard back about an interview quickly, within a few days. Relaxed interview with head of bookshop and head of cafe. Set questions about previous experience and workplace scenarios, lasted around 15 minutes.
30 minute in person, they were very friendly and the questions were fairly generic e.g about previous hospitality experience, adapting to change, working in busy environments. They also asked me a bit about what I was reading at the time and what I enjoyed about the waterstones cafe specifically
