I had two phone interviews with the co-founder which I felt really good about. Had such great rapport and conversations. After the 2nd phone interview, the next step was to do an in-person interview. A few hours after the 2nd phone interview, I got an email saying the position had been filled. I of course was super confused but let it go. It was hard to even get the 2nd co-founder on the phone so obviously this team does not have their stuff together. Wish them luck!
