Wayne-Dalton interview questions

Fast,fun,good environment but Low pay but people were friendly they just ask simple questions like why do I wan to work here n all and why should they hire me

I would not recommend applying here. While the interview was easy, you can tell that the people here are unhappy. It felt like I was the one who was leading the interview instead of the other way around. I had an interview with the hiring manager and HR. HR was not very friendly and was hostile in her approach and accuse me of only wanting the job for the money. Even if I were offered a position here, I would decline it due to the negativity, culture, and bad interview experience with HR.
