The interview process was great and friendly as it was kept simple. The only part that was a bit annoying was that I had to get a background check plus alcohol and drug test

Really simple, nothing technical, they just ask me about was was my desire salary and offer me something and then they pay me less of what they promised , also the coordinator looked like he did not have to much experience in the interview process
