The interview process was poorly structured and lacked professionalism.
Technical skills were not evaluated properly, and questions were very basic.
Role expectations, growth opportunities, and responsibilities were not clearly explained.
Communication during and after the interview was weak, with little to no feedback provided.

They asked only very basic web development questions, showing a lack of seriousness in evaluating real technical skills.

They are basically asked about conceptual questions and which areas we are covered in our work. like usable SQL queries, how to handle the exception in code. SQL joining etc.
