5 stages of the interview process: Call of introduction from in house recruiter (very informative and assisting) Call with Senior Developer (30 minutes speaking about past experiences) Technical (challenge set/ as a junior i was given a chance to analyse a past project and point places for improvement) Call with two senior developers (1 hour) In house interview 3-4 hours (consisted of 4/5 smaller interviews)
