I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WebFX in Feb 2022
Interview
Extremely long and tedious. I had to fill out two seperate assessments and paperwork. Interviews were painfully long and the SAME questions we asked of me three times. It's clear they were reading off a page. This really impacted my experience as a candidate -- I felt like my time was not being respected. In one instance, the interviewer was over 10 minutes late and quite rude. Questions were personal and strange, they wanted to see your personal social media accounts? Out of all of the many interviews I have had, this experience stands out as the worst.
There were three rounds of interviews. The first was an initial phone screening, followed by a Zoom interview and then an in-person interview. They made the process super easy and were great communicators.

Question 1
What are some of your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Easy interview, nice company but “community” and culture seems to be the forefront of the company. Seems like everyone is required to attend extracurricular team bonding events. Pay is unfortunately lower than the market average by a decent amount

Question 1
What contributions can you make to the organization?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WebFX (Saint Petersburg, FL) in May 2024
Interview
Lengthy interview process and condescending employees. Waste of time for an entry level position. Ended up going with another job that hired me faster. The interview questions were unrelated to the job and one person i interviewed with was SO WEIRD.
