I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Webflow in May 2022
Interview
The process took a little over 2 months from the time I applied.
I went through a phone screen with a recruiter, a hiring manager interview, a take-home technical assessment, three consecutive behavioral interviews with different members of the team, a debrief with a recruiter, and a reference/background check.
The process was fair and *very* thorough, which likely leads to higher quality hires with better alignment. I was impressed by the quality of the interview process and ended up being really happy with my experience (and still would have been happy with it even if I hadn't received an offer)! The impression I got is that the team knows what they're looking for, and wants the best fit on both ends.
The team was present and interactive in each conversation I had with them. The recruiter was proactive in pushing things along, offering to connect me with others outside of interviews to get more information if needed, as well as asking for honest feedback in the debriefing.

Question 1
You will need to recall specific instances you've either done or thought about that are relevant to the role and Webflow's values. Read the JD thoroughly and have a few examples on hand for how you've demonstrated each quality. I was asked theoretical questions (e.g., my philosophy on concepts relevant to the role) as well as practical questions (e.g., examples of how I've navigated conflict or solved technical problems).
