Met with HR then had a workshop session with 2 members of the team who asked specific questions directly related to my experience in a similar role. An in-depth assessment followed by a meeting with the hiring decision maker/leader.

What types of client and projects are you currently managing? Give an example of a project that may have fallen off the tracks but you were able to redirect the project and timeline back on track, and expand on how you managed expectations with the client.
