Detailed with focus on job specifics and overall standard interview type questions. Should also know the background of the company, their mission, priorities, etc. Initial interview conducted by phone. Follow on interview conducted in person lasting approximately 25 minutes.
One from HR personnel and another person from department, each separate interviews and lasts for 30 ish minutes. It was mostly behavioral questions. Experience does not matter, they are willing to train as long as you are eager to learn.
