Applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. We spent a while going through employment eligibility, availability and previous employment before being asked question about customer service. A few days after I was contacted to arrange an in-person interview for the following week. I was interviewed by the Employee Rep and Service Manager. Lots of questions about customer service. I was contacted by phone again a few days letter with an offer

I had a phone interview first that was with basic interview questions and also screened my background. After that interview, I was asked to interview with a member of HR in-person and got asked similar questions and some that went more in-depth on my skills and experience.
