I interviewed with a Weis Markets district manager at a career day at my pharmacy school. The interview was very casual and most of the questions were focused on what experience I have in retail pharmacy. The interviewer looked through my CV and asked me what I knew about Weis Markets and why I wanted to work there as well as how I felt I would transition from my current position in institutional pharmacy to a position in grocery store retail.
