She basically hired me from day one. I took a drug test and I was hired. It was complicated. She made it out like they are hurting for people but not really.

Interview
I applied online, got a call to come in for an interview, went in the back office to meet the manager, and talked for about a half hour and filled out paperwork. It was very laid back, wore a flannel and khakis. If they call you in for an interview, you've probably got the job.
