I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Weis Markets (Damascus, MD) in Dec 2013
Interview
Went really well, was a friendly experience. They talk to you like you are an equal and not under them. They kept it personal but not prying, but were a little vague on job description and things like that. I met my future boss and her assistant and they showed me where I would be working in the store. Weis gives you a bare bones training and you have to ask a lot of questions. If you don't you'll regret it later. It is a place where you have to make the effort to learn your job.

Question 1
A lot of questions about have you or do you get in fist fights. It was a little weird.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weis Markets (Camp Hill, PA) in May 2010
Interview
There isnt much to say on how i was interviewed. I submitted an application and then 2 weeks later like the manager forgot I existed I got a phone call at 7 in the morning asking for me to be there at noon. I came in and took a drug screening with such lovely questions like "Have you ever taken opium?" After the actual interview which only required me to smile and talk, i then took a grueling 6 HOUR orientation and learned how satanic unions were.
