You get a call to schedule an interview and during the interview it is very casual and relaxed. They ask about yourself, your availability, hours you prefer, etc. They do drug test at interview as well!

It takes weeks to get a call or e-mail. After having an interview, drug-test, and background check I was told to expect a call in the next few days to set up training and orientation. It took almost a month to receive a call to set up training and orientation. Everything else after that has been fine and is normal, but the recruiter and her process is horrendous, and I have heard similar stories from other past employees.

Do you have experience in a fast-paced environment?
Interviewed at a store that presented me with different options and positions available at that store and another one nearby. After more questions, had to set up a drug test. Then was emailed forms later on.
