I was reached out to by a recruiter who scheduled an initial phone screening. After that, I had a technical screening with one of the members of the team, followed by a take-home assignment. There is an emphasis on culture fit and EQ, something that I really felt throughout the entire process. Although I wasn't a fit for the position at this time, I was very impressed by the entire process and what Welkin is building. My recruiter spoke with me after the process was over to give me honest feedback on my performance, which I really appreciated.
