There are 2 rounds after the initial recruiter call:
1. A 45-minute online assessment on HackerRank. The assessment and platform can feel unfair or biased at times.
2. A 45-minute to 1-hour panel interview. If you’re not already aligned with their hiring priorities, you may end up being interviewed for a technical area outside your actual tech stack, often by a domain expert with 15+ years of experience. It can feel like being placed in a high-level technical discussion where you don’t really have the background or a fair chance to succeed.

Question 1
“How do you configure HAProxy?” If you’ve never worked on a DevOps or infrastructure-focused team, you probably haven’t had much hands-on experience with it, which can make it difficult to clearly explain the setup and configuration process.
