3 different interviews. Simple enough questions that were all majority customer service base. One interview was on the phone, one was with the supervisor, one was with the manager.

Tell me about how you deescalated a heated situation?
Do you have collection experience? Pretty easy to get a job at Wells Fargo Auto Finance. They constantly need collectors. So if you have any sort of collection experience, they will take you.
It was quite easy going. The hiring managers were very easy going and it made the interview very fluid. I enjoyed the view from the building, mountains that were covered with snow.
