apply online web screening 24 hours later once you pass the web screen you would have to call their recruitment center set up an appt for a group interview group interview consist of sales experience best sale experience customer service experience goals and why you want to work for their company
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
