Technical and Leadership questions. It was not a lengthy process. Clear and accommodative. Followed up on time. Did not need any reminders when working with the recruiting team. Informative and enjoyable experience.

Total 3 rounds of technical cum management discussion, followed by HR discussion. The first two rounds were by seniors managers in India and the last round was by a panel of two based in the US.

Questions were around how you would work with a fragmented team spread across the globe and how you would measure team efficiency. There was a lot of emphasis on managers having strong technical knowledge and being ready to be hands-on in what they do.
