1st HR / Recruiter 2nd Hiring Manager 3rd Team member. It was very informal interview -- they didn't have a checklist to go over. Just a casual conversation. The guy (hiring manager) did most of the talking. I wasn't really asked much.

First interview was with the recruiter, basic experience related to the role, basic SQL and SAS usage questions. Second Interview was with multiple persons from the department. Questions consisted of behavioral and situational questions. Project: Data set provided, create a presentation with findings and correlations from the data sets that were provided. You had approximately 4 calendar days to email the presentation back to the sender. No questions could be asked regarding the data. The data was very "dirty" and disparate. Third interview was with multiple persons from the department, I was asked to present the project that was assigned to me in addition to some very basic SQL questions. Many questions were around how you handled stress and ambiguity -- which was clear as to why they needed people that had these skills when I accepted the role.

Asked specifics of how certain software functions. Provided a few behavioral questions. Nothing out of the ordinary, however, the roles are so blocked that htis role can be any number of things from developer to project manager.
