It is a lengthy process ir will go to least 3 months according to their ability, only reference works here, if you have strong reference that means you have the seat waiting for you
Three person panel interview with four to five behavioral questions. Questions are standardized to keep the process fair. Additional call scheduled as needed, but not required. Technical aspects of the interview are usually determined by the interviewer.

Pretty normal ; follow-up was good. Professionally done. Good experience overall. Can’t say about the competition. Managers are nice . HR responsive. Questions are not too uncommon. Mine was in person.
