First screener was straight forward asking regular question to qualify the candidate for the position. If you are bilingual you must take a test to proof you language literacy. Recruiter explained benefits which included 401K, competitive salary and spoke about the recruiting process starting with a first screener and second in person interview with professional attire.

One phone interview and one in person interview with two people that ask three questions each, requires very specific answers use the Star method when preparing for interviews to have full answers

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
