Interview
My first interaction was with a recruiter. After discussing the position and confirming interest, I spoke to a screener. Those questions were generic but I was also provided with a schedule for the next round. Over the following week, I had 3 virtual interviews - one was a one-on-one and the other two were groups of 2-4.

In a few words, tell us what you would bring to Wells Fargo and this position that others wouldn't.
I was really impressed with the process. I spoke to several individuals and although there are scripted questions that need to be asked, they all asked other questions to better understand me and what I was looking for to determine if it would be a good fit. The recruiter also stayed involved and communicated next steps.
