Spoke with hiring recruiter then interviewed with director. Had the opportunity to tour the unit and get an idea of the environment. Met charge nurses on the unit, doctors, managers, and nurses who I would be working with. Got to ask them directly any questions or concerns I had.

I had an in person interview with the unit manager as new grad. It was straight forward and they asked me questions about myself, why I chose nursing, where do I see myself in several years, how do I handle stress, why that specific unit, etc
