Applied on-line, called for an interview a couple days later. Met with manager and director. Very casual and relaxed interview. After the interview was given a tour of the area and introduced to employees and department.

Situational questions, "How do you handle difficult employees ". Most questions were background based.

Interview
Via zoom, pretty casual. I met or exceeded her requirements for the role. Even topics that she assumed I wouldn't be aware of, I explained that I had knowledge of and was currently gaining more experience. I was told I was be excellent for the role. I even went on to interview with the Director then same day.
