Wellstar Health System Staff RN interview questions

My interview was Ridiculous...the hiring process is unbelievable rigid and when you're on board all you find yourself surrounded with is ...incompetent...judgmental...condescending...arrogant...shallow...superficial,unqualified, scandalous,did I mention ridiculous people.

Initially interviewed with HR recruiter. She asked typical "situational questions" Tell me about a time when.... Then met with the department manager, toured the floor and talked with staff which was extremely helpful.
