Had a 30 minute initial interview. Seemed really promising. I have over 8 years field experience in behavioral health. Was told the next steps were a case study assignment and then a more in-depth interview with the team. I was told casually to not take more than 30-40min on the assignment, and to have it in within 24 hours of the interview. After getting sent the assignment/reviewing it I was floored by the complexity of what was being asked. The steps were not outlined in an easily digestible way and the some of the requirements were ridiculous. It took me four hours. There was no consideration given to the fact that I (and I’m sure other candidates) work full time. Completely unreasonable. I did my best with the time I had. Got the rejection email this morning. I think it’s probably a blessing in disguise because if this is the way the company expects you to operate then it’s not for me. “Here’s an involved project I need yesterday” kind of vibe. Wellthy—please be more mindful of your candidate’s time. I don’t know what it is anymore with these companies dumping “assignments” on candidates these days. There are other ways to assess competency without giving people work.

Effiecient, friendly, straightforward, set expectations , met with the recruiting team then to some of the hiring managers on the care team. Had to prepare, Very smooth process, I can keep going
