Good in depth interview process. Started with a phone screening with recruiter and hiring manager. I got invited in for a full day of interviews with individual members of the team and an HR representative asking behavioral/situational questions. Very smooth process and everyone was conversational. I got an offer somewhere else before finalizing things with West Monroe, but they seem to have a great corporate structure and culture.
