contacted by a recruiter and finally after a month contacted bu another recruiter and then setup for an interview. There were delays and appeared they delay to get rid of the candidate. The interview went ok but the follow up was bad with no communications and after a month I reached out. The recruiter lied about leaving a message and they are just biased in hitting and unprofessional. It’s a waste of time & indication of what they would be like to work with. There is isn’t much diversity and they prefer not to hire diversity but are forced to given the demand. Their M&A practice is immature and they had to hire a consultant to create playbooks & you think they would have that down by now.
