Interview
The interview consisted of three rounds. The first round took place on my campus. They asked the typical behavioral questions, with a lot of the focused on teamwork. The second round was a thirty minute case interview. They handed me a paragraph about a company and a problem they were facing. Mine was about a data company and whether or not they should switch to cloud computing. Then the interviewer asked me follow up questions about my initial thoughts and then gave me additional charts of information about market share and costs. At the end of the interview they gave me a week and asked me to send a one page write up on my conclusion about the case. The final round was an onsite interview.

Interview
I applied through a referral link and the next day I was invited to complete a pre-recorded video interview that I had 72 hours to complete. It automatically starts your first attempt only thirty seconds after showing the question. You have one more attempt to answer after that but all the time you need before you start the next attempt. Almost three weeks later I received an invitation to the first round interviews which included a case interview and a behavioral interview. It only took four days to get the invitation to the final round interviews, a skills and a values interview. They were all conducted over video call due to Covid. Two and a half weeks after my final round interviews I got an automated email saying they decided not to move forward with my candidacy.

Interview
Comprised of two phone interviews: one being with a member of the HR team and another with a Senior Consultant. After this, I was invited to an on-site interview where I had 4 separate interviews and a coffee chat: Case interview, Values interview, Behavioral interview, Coffee Chat, and skills interview in this order. The case was difficult and not really business or operations oriented and the rest of the interviews were very easy going.
