West Point Insurance Services interview questions

I had an intrview with Sr. Dev and a Manager. they said they like me and wanted me to come for an interview with the VP. I met with the VP for like 5 minute. she said will call you. I got a call 3 months later. She hired two other people that kept leaving after couple weeks, then she called me.

The interview process was Normal the people I met with were nice. The asked about my experience. Where I see myself in 5 years. Asked about my other test positions. The team leads did not ask much about technical skills.
