The interview process was streamlined and very much in line with what WestSpring are all about. Which is getting to know people and businesses. During the almost 2 hour interview it felt like a conversation and very much two way.

I live this question because although there were questions, the whole interview was conversational. Dome standard questions about my fit for the role but most importantly the questions were led around getting to know me and who I am
