I applied in November and in February a recruiter got in contact with me. We had a 45 minute phone interview that went well. I was told that I should hear back in two weeks. By the fourth week, I emailed the recruiter for feedback. At the end of the week, I was told that I would not be moving forward in the interview process.

I applied through university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Westfield Insurance
Interview
Phone interview, then on-campus 4 hour interview two months later, then another on-campus 4 hour interview two months after that. Didn't find out until two months after this. Absolutely ridiculous for an interview process to take 6 months. It didn't help that I was unable to contact anyone during this two months of waiting to get any indication. Worst interview process I have ever seen/heard of.
