I explained that I had a solid experience with satellite SAR data since I published a scientific paper on its use for monitoring of ice. I was very surprised to be asked "Is that all ?" by one of the interviewers, as this experience alone, in the context of a top-level university, guarantees a certain level of expertise in the domain.
