Rather chaotic interview process. They reached out to me on Linkedin and I decided to explore the opportunity. Went through 3 rounds of interviews, after the third round, the recruiter said it went great and would schedule the next round shortly. Two days later I received an automated rejection email (the kind you get when you don't make it to the first interview). I reached out to ask the recruiter if this was an error and he ghosted me, which was surprising given our correspondence prior, and highly unprofessional. On top of that, they were late every to every interview or rescheduled last minute. When I asked about the responsibilities of the role, I received a vague response and it was implied that the reporting structure was very flat, which was an immediate red flag. Messy to say the least.
