I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wheel in Mar 2026
Interview
The process was smooth and took a course of 3 weeks speaking to 3 different members from the leadership team. There was also a case study involved. I went from a positive experience to a negative one after being ghosted. Given the 1.9 rating, I may have dodged a toxic environment. It’s quite unprofessional to not follow-up with a candidate weeks after they have interviewed given the job market climate. It speaks volumes about the overall company and I am not impressed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wheel (Austin, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. I began with an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by interviews with the CFO, CEO, and CPO. Shortly after my final interview, I was asked to provide references and received an offer within a few days. Throughout the process, everyone was efficient, professional, and transparent, providing a clear understanding of the company, the role, and what to expect at each stage. The recruiter was extremely communicative throughout the entire process even giving focus areas before each interview.

Interview
The interview process was efficient. The first round was with a recruiter, then a hiring manager interview and conversation with other members of the team.
Overall the process felt a bit disorganized and lacked clarity from the recruiting team. Ultimately I did not feel confident or comfortable moving forward.
