You speak directly with the owner of the company on the phone screen interview. You are assigned a project to complete and discuss at the in-person interview if the phone screen goes well. The process was quick. I got the phone screen six days after I applied, and I had the in-person interview nine days after that. The team was responsive to email, and everyone was very friendly at the in-person. They are a casual workplace, and I appreciated that the owner told me not to dress too professionally. I interviewed with the owner and the manager of the art team first, then I interviewed with two members of the merchandising department right after that. I was followed up with after I sent my thank you emails, and I appreciated the feedback from the art manager.
