Just had the first interview.
The person in charge of the recruitment process was not very professional and did not know too much details about the position.
Also, it seemed like the interviewer did not want to be there.
I did not like the vibes at all so decided to not continue with them.

Question 1
About my experience, tech skills and salary expectations.
The HR director was very nice, the only bad thing is when you go to the next round. I could tell that cho was not ready to interview, he did not follow any guidelines.
I applied online. I interviewed at Whisbi (Barcelona) in Apr 2022
Interview
I am positively surprised since the recruiter actually took the time of going through my resume and gave me feedback on it and why he thought I was not the best fit for the job. I think this is very useful for any candidate and it shows that this Company promotes a good work environment. It's extremely important that when a candidate presents himself, even if the recruitment process doesn't go through, there's a response from the other side.

Question 1
I didn't pass the curriculum phase, but still, I think that the care that they put into the answer, even if it's a standard one, shows how serious the person in charge of the recruitment is.
