I want to be a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines because I am confident that with my experience and skills I can do an excellent job. I have over 5 years of customer service experience, and I am a hard working, dedicated, and caring individual who is eager to learn. What makes Southwest Airlines stand out from other companies is that southwest Prides itself in the highest level of customer service, warmth, friendliness, and individual pride. I am proud to say that all of these qualities are something I can commit to because they are very fitting to my personality. What also makes southwest stand out from other companies is that you encourage creativity and innovation. An example of this would be the use of the word “LUV” within the company and how it is applied to different roles and pretty much everything that represents the company including customer service! I know I’ll thrive in such a creative and innovative environment and I’ll contribute my experience, skills, and passion for the job in order to continue making Southwest a leading company it is today.
