Fairly straight to the point. I had a screening, Demo Test, CEO interview.
The screening with the COO is okay, getting to know more about you and your background and he also seemed nice.
The demo didn't go well as expected, the instructions were very generic and knowing that you might not have a background with their product makes it more difficult.
CEO interview is not good. I didn't want to push for the final interview as I saw a few redflags already with the demo test they've prepared but still went in so that I won't regret it afterwards. But it turns out my gut feeling was right.
Their CEO is not as friendly as you might think, he seemed to be difficult to work with and egoistic.
Glad it didn't go well. Looks like it's not a good company for me.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Windsor.ai
Interview
I went through two stages of interview, and never got a call back after the second stage, and thank god for that.
The first interview was relatively straightforward and was very pleasant. Basic questions about my background (had to do a personality test before hand) and my knowledge of the Attribution space. I worked hard to understand their technology and it showed. I was then given the chance to present to the CEO. This is where it went downhill.
The camera turned on and I saw someone slumped in the corner of a room with a hoodie covering half his face and lighting very poor. His tone was condescending and dismissive, which put me off immediately.
I messed up the discovery part of the call, but by that point, I knew I never wanted to work for someone like that, and promptly bombed the interview.
I was desperate at that point for a job and might have taken it if the offer had come through, but thankfully the sisters of fate were kind to me.
