Wisely interview questions

Overall, I was very impressed with the company mission and culture. This was one of my best interviews in many years: 1. Internal Recruiter - 30 min 2. Hiring Manager - 1 hr 3. 2 Panelists - 1 hr 4. CEO - 1 hr Every single interviewer was transparent, friendly, understood their role, and wanted video to be in the spotlight for the company moving forward. I came prepared with many questions tailored for each, based on how I'd work with them. They were very responsive and pivoted very well. Due to unforeseen developments, I had to turn down their generous offer.

The process seemed to go on forever... I think I did 5 separate interviews. It built up to the last interview with the CEO. Everyone I talked to I liked and enjoyed. I was bummed to not get the job after such a long process and the reason was for lack of Experience which seemed like a cop-out since they knew my experience from day one.
