Interview
They just asked me some general questions. They required you to live in a house that people get trained. This position is only for Chinese. They will train you for 3 months and you will work as a contractor, the process may take up to 6 months. So you may not get a job until 6 months later. One good thing is they have good H1b lawyer.

Interview
I got the phone call directly without appointment very early in the morning. The interview is pretty easy, basically general behaviour questions. The interviewer seemed does't care about your resume, and your experience did not matter for applying the position. They offered 6 month free training.
